Jibe lecture video

Here is Brendon's jibe lecture from the ABK Clinic in Hyannis, September 2011:


There are lots of things I like about this lecture, for example the explanation of the 3 exit options:

• When you keep lots of speed, flip the sail early, and keep carving (10:15)
• When loosing all speed, switch to a pivot jibe (11:40)
• When you keep some speed, re-accelerate clew first, and flip later (14:30)
